RIDE CLOSED – ICC Monday development ride – 3 June 2024

Monday’s ride will begin from the usual meeting point at Fairways (what3words – ///stylists.nooks.cake) , heading out and up via Essich and Dunlichity. There are two options, one a little shorter and with slightly less climbing.

Please be at the meeting point by 18:20 at the latest for an 18:30 start.

The routes can be viewed and downloaded for your bike computer here:

Shorty Lochs | 18.0 mi Cycling Route on Strava

Longer Lochs | 22.4 mi Cycling Route on Strava

At this stage the forecast for Monday suggests a fairly warm evening with a moderate breeze. As always, please keep an eye on the forecast and check the forum in case of last-minute updates.

All those wishing to join the ride need to post below by 16:00 on Monday when the ride will be closed.

Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and that you are carrying a spare inner tube, tyre levers and a method of inflation as a minimum.

Finally, please also note that we ask that everyone carries ICE (In Case of Emergency) details with them on our rides. An ICE card, or similar, should be carried in your seatbag or back pocket detailing the name and phone number that should be contacted if you are involved in an accident. The ICC Emergency Contact Details Card is available to be downloaded and printed out for this purpose. Please ask for details.

See you there,

Chris

I’m in! Keen for the longer route, but happy with whatever numbers dictate 🙂

Hopefully I’ll make it, probably the longer ride.

thanks

B

I’m up for this.  Going to say Longer at present, but will se how the legs feel at 1815 on Monday!

Longer route for me too.

Longer Lochs 👍🚴🏼

Longer route for me, please – depending on how my legs are working after Saturday’s long ride!

Thanks,

Lorna

I hope to make it but have an appointment at 530 so if I’m not there, don’t wait on me.

Jordan and I will be there.

I’ll be there, and happy with whichever route numbers dictate.
